What do the HOA fees pay for?

Does Neal Communities offer financial incentives if a buyer uses their affiliated Mortgage and Title companies?
Answer: Neal Communities does offer a $5,000.00 closing credit to use their affiliated mortgage company (Neal Communities Funding) and waive their $1,650.00 one time builder fee if a buyer uses their Affiliated Title Company (Allegiant Title Professionals LLC) as their closing agent. These incentives are offered only to customers paying full list price for their home. If a home price is discounted or negotiated lower than its originally listed price, buyers are not automatically eligible for the financing and title company incentives. Buyers must request these financing and title incentives during the contract negotiation process if the sale price is discounted.
